I can't hear voice / dialogue audio but I can hear other audio.

It's possible this is a system related issue. 
Please make sure your Audio Format is set to Bitstream.
Settings -> Sound -> Audio Output -> Audio Format (Priority) -> Bitstream
You might need to restart the application as well.
